Bob has over 25 years of learning and global talent development experience on innovative ways people learn to bring improved company performance.  Expert in use of non-traditional training solutions, such as action learning and social learning tools, he’s implemented design, analytics, and metrics to drive business outcomes.  Joining Genworth Financial’s 2004 spin off from GE, he replicated the Crotonville Center's employee education and development programs for leadership development.  Corporate includes MWV Packaging (interim), Genworth, JC Penney (retail distribution, telemarketing), Owens & Minor (medical distribution)

Kent has over 25 years of experience in Fortune 100 USA public multinationals, small caps, and USA subsidiaries of foreign corporations.  He brings C-level client and general management perspectives into Advocacy Solutions and to the firm's search consultants.  His career includes early leadership roles at General Electric, at Munters USA, the Swedish multinational, and at Honeywell Building Solutions' global energy business.  He has been CEO of a small-cap leader in cyber security, energy, and systems advisory services.  His commercial functions expertise includes implementing best practices and Six Sigma/Lean.
